UHF CONNECTORS
UHF connectors feature a threaded coupling and are popularly used because of its ease of assembly. The UHF solderable screw-on termination feature requires no specialized crimping tools. It is a widely used standard connector for HF transmission lines on full-sized radio equipment, with BNC connectors predominating for smaller, hand-held equipment. UHF are screw (5/8 x 24UNEF) coupled and suitable for use up to 300MHz and are typically used in amateur radio, CB radio and VHF.
